_ The 2019 LoCo Double Sprint Triathlon:
Join us for a twist on the standard sprint triathlon! Loco Double Sprint will be held at L. Scott Stell Park. Athletes will start at the boat ramp with a 300m swim across the lake to T1. From there, they will run around the back side of the lake 1.5 miles back to the start area where T2 is. Athletes will then cycle 12 miles before returning to T2 and running around the back side of the lake again for 1.5 miles to T1 and swimming 300m across the lake in the opposite direction to the finish by the boat ramp. Don't worry, we'll answer all your questions at the pre-race meeting on Friday, July 12th. Come join the fun!
