_ The 2019 Happy Deas Upside Down Triathlon:
This is an indoor triathlon that will take place exclusively in Deas Hall on the Citadel campus. It will consist of a 20 minute treadmill run, a 20 minute stationary bike ride, followed by a 10 minute swim at the indoor pool. There will be 10 person waves that start every 30 minutes. Please sign up for the start time that you want. Once a wave is filled, you must pick a different wave, and you must start with your assigned start time. YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO COMPETE IN THIS EVENT.
