_ The 2018 #OptOutside with Running Lab:
#OptOutside with Running Lab on the Penosha & Kachin trails in Brighton Recreation Area on Black Friday. Choose between a 2.5 mile or 4.5 mile loop. We'll meet in the trailhead parking lot by Bishop Lake. Look for the Running Lab flutter flag!
We'll have water available & cups - but we encourage you to bring your own refillable hydration bottle/pack & save the paper cup! Dress for the weather & wear bright colors. We'll have small plastic bags available if you'd like to collect any trash you find along your route. We'll dispose of anything you bring back. Runners & walkers of all paces & distances welcomed.
