Course Information:
The entire race takes place on the lovely Fort Lewis campus and surrounding local city roads and trails. The swim takes place in the FLC aquatic center, with rolling starts (never more than 2 swimmers per lane - sharing a lane. No circle swimming). The bike is a 3-lap road course. The run combines campus roads and single track natural trails.
