_ The 2019 BeltGrind:
The BeltGrind is an annual bicycling odyssey through southern space and time: an adventurous time trial for some, a casual cycling tour of home for others. It's the first two-wheeled community race-and-ride along Atlanta's evolving former railway corridor.

Event details and schedule
The BeltGrind is an event rooted in community, awareness, and adventure. Riders will be exposed to unheralded Atlanta communities and the evolving trail bisecting them. It will bear witness to history. Atlanta has doubled-down on the corridor as a symbol of urban redevelopment and the BeltGrind is a nod to that investment: a celebration of the project’s past, present, and future. Briars, brambles, sand, kudzu, gravel, mud, railroad ties— BeltGrinders will ride it all before the pavers arrive, over the next few years, to complete one of the country's coolest multi-use trails.
