_ The 2019 RIAND Road Race:
Two hundred and twenty-five hearty souls braved to frigid temperatures to run or walk in the 1 mile, the 5K and our newest venture, the 10 K. The obstacle course was well attended, too. Our health expo was the best yet! We had 25 exhibitors. Our generous participants donated 140 pounds of food and $50 to the RI Community Food Bank. 50% of our proceeds will go to the Southern New England Chapter of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Campaign.
