TriAVAC is San Jose & Almaden Valley's Swim, Bike, Run & Fitness Festival & charity event for all ages!
Almaden Valley's greatest introduction to the sport of triathlon and racing. A family day filled with races, swim, food, and FUN! Featuring activities for children as young as 2 years old up to grandparents to enjoy.
Purpose
To spread the importance of movement and health in our community and raise funds for our beneficiary, Cambrian School District and its Physical Education, Food Science and Nutrition Program Departments.
Races
Adult Triathlon (15+ years): $70 AVAC® Members | $75 Guests
Junior Triathlon (11 - 14 years): $70 AVAC® Members | $75 Guests
Kids Splash & Dash (10 & under): $50
Kids Duathlon (2 - 5 years): $40 (bike rental $5)
Triathlon Relay: $50 AVAC® Members | $55 Guest
*Families of 3 or more who sign up will receive 10% off all race entries.
Pricing is per person.
All Are Welcome! Friends & neighbors are invited to watch triathlon festivities, take classes, & enter our raffle for awesome prizes!
Course Information:
Swimming portions to be held in AVAC's outdoor, Junior Olympic pool. Stationary bike portions to be held on the outdoor pool deck.
Run portions to be held on a pre-measured and marked neighborhood course with race attendants positioned throughout the path.
Directions:
Located in San Jose on the border of Almaden Valley, Los Gatos, and Cambrian.
Cross streets: Camden Avenue & Kooser Road.
