_ The 2019 Postoak Lodge Challenge:
We will run a 27.2m-50k-27.2m Triple, a grand total of 85.5 miles in three days of trail running, a 13.6m-25k-13.6m Triple for a total of 42.75 miles, and a 6.55-10k-6.55 Triple for a total of 19.3 miles. You can also choose the Pick Three Triple option which allows you to pick your distance for each day. The Friday 27.2m Marathon Ultra, Heavy Half Marathon, and Quarter Marathon will start and finish at the Pole Barn which will also be the Bag Drop, there will be three Aid Stations. The 27.2m Marathon Ultra will be two loops, the Heavy Half Marathon and Quarter Marathon are one loop.
