_ The 2019 Pilgrimman Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike:
The Pilgrimman Triathlon | Duathlon is a USAT sanctioned event held annually at College Pond, DCR Myles Standish State Forest, in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Course Information:
Pilgrimman will feature a "time trial" swim start with two athletes going off every 5 seconds. Athletes will be grouped by swim waves which will be included in the Athlete Race Packet. At the swim course, athletes will be grouped by the signs displaying the swim waves.
