_ The 2019 Kids Swim for Grand Traverse Bay:
The second annual Kids Swim for Grand Traverse Bay takes place on August 9, 2019. This fun, half-mile point-to-point open water swim is perfect for youth swimmers who participate on a team or who swim competitively. It will begin at West End Beach and end at Volleyball Beach in downtown Traverse City. Swimmers will be close to shore at all times, swimming just outside the swim buoys. This swim is aimed at swimmers ages 12-17.
