_ The 2019 Running with the Herd 5k:
Join us for our second annual Running with the Herd 5k. In addition to our feature 5k race, this year we are introducing two new races: a 100 Meter kids race (ages 10 and under), and a 1 mile Tween race (ages 10 to 13).
All runners in the kids series will get a plastic participation medal.
Runners who complete the 1 mile run will receive last years medal.
Runners in the 5k Race will receive a t-shirt and those who complete the race will receive a 2019 Finisher medal.
We will have awards in the 5k race for men overall, women overall and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group.

If you are Participating in the Big Hammock Race Series, only the 5k Race is a series qualification race. If you have kids and they are doing the series, make sure to sign them up for the 5k and not the 100 meter or the 1 mile race.
