_ 2018 Ned*Ned 5K, 10K & Half Marathon to Benefit Teens, Inc. :
The Ned*Ned challenges runners of all ages to be “A Little More Extreme” and the chance to enjoy a beautiful run and fun at altitude in historic Nederland, Colorado. Choose between a 5K or 10K or the trail Half Marathon that explores the trails of West Magnolia, sends runners on a journey that offers sweeping views of the town from atop before descending into town. Costumes are encouraged! The Half Marathon is part of the Colorado Mountain Half Series beginning in Estes Park (June 17), continuing to Georgetown to Idaho Springs (August 11) and finishing in Nederland (September 8).
Age group awards, prizes from La Sportiva, Eldora Mountain Resort and more! The Ned*Ned is sponsored by and benefits TEENS, Inc. to support, educate and empower youth and their families to make healthy choices and thrive.
Course Information:
The 5K and 10K course is primarily on paved roads with the half marathon course mostly on dirt trails.
