_ The 2018 Pedal for Alzheimer's:
1,098-mile bike ride fundraiser from Knoxville, TN to Daytona Beach, FL. In addition to the select group of riders completing the entire ride, there are two Day Ride options for you to join us in spreading awareness and raising funds to fight Alzheimer's.
The Day Rides this year consist of loops around Knoxville, TN and Charleston, SC. In Knoxville, Day Riders will join with the Summitt Cyclists on either a 65-mile ride through the rolling hills and valleys of beautiful East Tennessee or an easier 10-20 mile course around Knoxville. Both routes will end together to celebrate the beginning of Pedal for Pat and send off the Summitt Cyclists in style! The event will provide water and snacks at rest stops along with limited SAG support.
Day Riders joining us in Charleston, SC will begin at our hotel and ride with the team on a 65-mile loop the beautiful Lowcountry. The event organizers will provide water and limited snacks but it's recommended to pack your favorite ride food in your jersey pockets.
