Youth City Challenge Race features a fun and challenging obstacle course. Your kids will have a memorable day conquering our walls, cargo net, bear crawl, and so much more. They will feel accomplished and when they cross the finish every child receives a medal!

The Course includes:
Walls 
Cargo Net
Police Cars
Military Tires

Taxi Cabs
Police Hurdles
Bear Crawl Sprints
Water Jug Carries and more!

FINISHERS WILL RECEIVE
-Finishers Medal
-Professional photos 
-Bananas & food at the finish line
-Music and Games 
-SERIOUS BRAGGING RIGHTS

Youth City Challenge Race at Liberty State Park Event Details

The start of the race is at The NORTH COVE of Liberty State Park (near the entrance to the Ferry) and opposite the paid parking garage ($7 car). Enter this address in your GPS 190 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305

Registration and Check-In: Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your start time to collect your race bibs. Parents must have a signed waiver for every child and one for themselves if they are running. You can request a waiver by emailing [email protected]. We will also have waiver on race day that you can sign.

Waves:

12:00PM (6-8 YEAR OLDS)

12:45PM (9-10 YEAR OLDS)

1:00PM (11-12 YEAR OLDS)

Mass Transit: The Light Rail to Liberty State Park and them you can walk to the race site.  For directions click here: DIRECTIONS 

Parking: There is a parking by Liberty State Park the cost is $7 per car. Enter this address in your GPS 190-238 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305

Bag Check: For security reasons there will not be bag check available. Please leave your bags in the car and/or with a parent.

Same Day Registration: Is available for those that did not complete online registration.

Opening Ceremonies: Will include the singing of our national anthem.
