This year's ride will again benefit the local charity Tomorrow's Hope. Tomorrow's Hope has raised over $3.9 million over the past nineteen years to fund programs that help those suffering from life-limiting illness.

Registration fees include two drink tickets for beer, soda or bottled water, and a meal ticket. During the ride, we will also provide SAG support and rest areas with snacks, restrooms and refreshments.

Commemorative Tyranena Oktoberfest Bike Ride T-shirts are available for an additional fee, at the time of registration only.

REGISTRATION FEES

Your choice of 4 route lengths (15, 30, 45 or 60 miles - distances are approximate):

Early Registration by Monday, 7/31/18 at midnight

- Adult, Over 21 = $35.00 (without t-shirt)

- Under 21, Riding with Parent = $30.00 (without t-shirt)

Late Registration by Monday, 9/3/18 at midnight

- Adult, Over 21 = $45.00 (without t-shirt)

- Under 21, Riding with Parent = $40.00 (without t-shirt)

Final Registration on 9/4 and until Mon., 9/10/18 (10 am)

- Adult, Over 21 = $50.00 (no t-shirt available)

- Under 21, Riding with Parent = $50 (no t-shirt available)

Registrations will be accepted until 9/10/18 or our event capacity of 1200 is met, whichever comes first! Please note: No walk-up registrations accepted the day of the event and NO mail in registration will be accepted. ALL riders must be 21 years or older to participate in this event, unless ACCOMPANIED by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

This event is RAIN OR SHINE. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Riders will leave at specified intervals between 9:30 and 11 am.

Check-in (aka packet pickup) begins the day of the event at 9 am. Participants MUST provide a valid photo ID to pickup packets; packets may only be picked up BY the registered participant. (No exceptions.) Those who purchased t-shirts and did not pickup packets on 9/15/18 will have their shirt mailed following the ride.

Free tours of Tyranena Brewing Company will be offered in the afternoon, when riders have returned from routes. Exact tour times will be posted on the day of the ride.

Live music will also be performed at the brewery for riders' enjoyment from 1:00 to 10:00 PM.
