_ The 2019 Sager Creek Indoor Triathlon:
Indoor Sprint Triathlon which includes a 10 minute swim, 20 minute run and 30 minute bike ride. Finishers will receive a free race shirt. Category winners will be determined by the total distance achieved in the allotted time.
Course Information:
• 10 minute swim in the pool.
• 30 minute bike ride on stationary bike.
• 20 minute run on a treadmill
• All indoors.
• As much distance as you can do in the set time limit.
