_ The 9th annual Race for Reading 5K Trail Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run:
Hosted by the Believe in Books Literacy Foundation, the 8th Annual Race for Reading will be held on Monday, May 29, 2017 in the 100 Acre Wood in Intervale, NH. This is a fundraiser in support of the purchase of a new Storybook Bus for the Outreach Program.
Registration is a $25 pre-registration donation, $35 on race day. The trail run starts at 9:30am, rain or shine. Top prizes include Journey to the North Pole tickets, Storyland passes as well as concert and theater tickets. The Kids Fun Run for ages 8 and under and 1K Fun Run for those 9-12 (with a $10 donation) begins at 9:00am.
On-site registration on the day of the event is 8:00 am to 8:45 am.
