_ The 2018 Loving Living Life 2Day Duathlon/5k:
Families, individuals, teams, competitors and beginners can all find themselves on this course. With 6 miles of rail to trail for both bikers & runners, additiona 6 miles of road biking, relay & 5k only options and a 1 mile foot race to complete the duathlon, ages 9 and up are encouraged to participate in some aspect of this well-community event.
