_ The 2018 Gut Check Gauntlet:
Grab your kids and come join us for our 2nd Annual Gut Check Gauntlet at Big Horse Winery. This inspiring, motivating and empowering event will consist of boot camp style fitness, tire flipping, rope climbing, creek running and all kinds of other cool fitness tasks to help get you and your young person excited and motivated to be fit while having fun. They will get muddy and sweaty all while having a great time and making new friends along the way. "Because even kids can use a Gut Check." This event is open to both adults and kids of all ages.
There will be 2 different courses;
- The Short Course - a 1 loop adventure consisting of boot camp style fitness, tire flipping, rope climbing, swamp swimming and all kinds of other cool fitness tasks. Recommended for 12 and under. Total distance covered is roughly 1 mile.
- The Long Course - a 2 loop adventure consisting of boot camp style fitness, tire flipping, rope climbing, swamp swimming and all kinds of other cool fitness tasks. Recommended for 13 and over. Total distance covered is roughly 2 miles.
Parents are allowed to participate if they want but must be able to keep up. All finishers will receive a very cool finishers award. We will also award age group winners as well.
