Run or bike from Medina's historic public square in the 43rd Annual Twin Sizzler. Individual races include the 5k starting at 7:45 am, the bike race with stages starting at 8:15 am, and the 10k at 9:00am. Run any one, or the times allow participants to run in both road races or the 5k/bike race combined entry.
