Tri the Illini is a sprint triathlon that consists of a 300 meter pool swim in a 50 meter outdoor pool, a fast and flat 14 mile bike, and a 5k run through the UIUC campus. It will start and end at the Activities and Recreation Center on University of Illinois’s campus, where the swim will be taking place.
Course Information:
The swim takes place in the outdoor pool of the Activities and Recreation Center on the University of Illinois's campus.
The bike course goes southeast into the farm country of Champaign/Urbana. A detailed map can be found here.
The run course goes through the main quad of the University of Illinois and finishes back at the Activities and Recreation Center. A detailed map can be found here.
