_ 2018 Milk Run 5K Run & Walk:
Annual 5K to raise awareness and funds for Mississippi's only Human Milk Bank. Our Mission is to screen potential donor mothers, then accept, pasteurize and dispense donor human milk to premature and ill infants in Mississippi by physician prescription and according to guidelines from the Human Milk Banking Association of North America (HMBANA). The Mothers' Milk Bank of Mississippi is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization. All proceeds from The Milk Run 5K will directly support our mission. Register by September 1 to get the T-shirt and save $5!
Course Information:
Start / Finish at Flowood Nature Park - 4077 Flowood Drive, Flowood, MS. Scenic course is on dedicated asphalt jogging path, running east along Flowood Drive to Bella Ridge neighborhood and back.
Directions:
From Lakeland Drive east: turn north/eft on Old Fannin Road, then east/right onto Flowood Drive. Flowood Nature Park is just beyond Flowood Elementary School.
From Spillway Road east: turn south/right on Old Fanin Road, then left/east onto Flowood Drive. Flowood Nature Park is just beyond Flowood Elementary School.
Other Info:
Awards for top 3 male and female in each age category and overall for 5K Run. Awards for top 3 male and female overall in 5K Walk. Award for team with most registered participants. $100 VISA gift card for individual participant who raises most money in pledges through website.
