Course Information:

100 yard snake swim indoor 50 yard pool,

3 mile bike on well marked/monitored flat neighborhood coarse,

1 mile park trail run. - - -

Other Info:

This event is open to children ages 5-13.

Awards will be given to all finishers.

In addition, awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age group, as well as to overall boy and girl winner.

Clincs for safety and coarse familiarity will be held 6pm September 5th (swim and run) and 12th (bike) at the Owasso YMCA.

An award will be given to the school/group with the most participants. - - -
