HAE IN-MOTION® 5K
Please join us on Saturday, April 28, 2018 for a 9:00 am race start (onsite registration opens at 7:00 am) at beautiful Winding Trails Resort in Farmington, Connecticut. The 5K trail run will follow the red blazed skaters loop. This course is fast and rolling with plenty of adventure around every turn!
Heredity Angioedema is an extremely rare and potentially life threatening genetic condition. The H.A.E.A. In-Motion 5K is our way bringing patients, care givers and sponsors together to raise money and awareness in an effort to combat this debilitating disease.
Directions:
Winding Trails is easily accessible from Interstate 84, exit 39 (Route 4, Farmington)
• Head straight off the exit and travel west on Route 4 for 2.2 miles.
• Turn right onto Devonwood Drive and then turn left onto Winding Trails Drive.
