_ The 10th Annual Center for Fitness and Health Indoor Sprint Triathlon:

It's that time of year again! We at the Center for Fitness and Health are proud to host our 9th Annual Indoor Sprint Triathlon on March 4, 2018 at 7:30 am. We welcome all participants to sign up and test their athletic abilities by swimming, biking and running inside the walls of our Fitness Center.

Our triathlon has become a lasting tradition here at the Center for Fitness and Health. You can log onto Active.com to sign up for our event! Participants will be placed in competition heats that will start promptly at 7:30 am and end when the final participants crosses the finish line. After the event, we welcome all participants to stay and enjoy refreshments as we hand out prizes to top competitors in their group!

Sunday, March 4th, 7:30am

$40 for Non Member

                                         500 yd swim      8 mile bike       2 mile run

Competitors will begin in 6 person heats, to be posted Sunday, February 26th after 12pm.  Competitors must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start to check in and get marked for the race.  Overall men’s and women’s winner will be awarded, as well as up to three winners in each age group category.  Minimum age 14.  Please direct all questions to Chad Vorderbrueggen, (724)379-5100 [email protected]
