_ The 4th Annual Point Duathlon:
The Stevens Point Area YMCA will host the 4th Annual Point Duathlon, presented by Cellcom, to benefit the YMCA's extensive range of chronic disease programming. The race is chip timed and consists of a 2 mile run a 16.5 mile bike on scenic country roads north of Stevens Point, followed by another 2 mile run through beautiful Schmeeckle Reserve around Lake Johannis. Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes, this race will allow you to test your athleticism individually or as part of a relay team. The race begins at the Allen Center on UWSP campus (400 Illinois Ave) in Stevens Point. We are working together for a healthy community!
Course Information:
The sprint course consists of a 2 mile run through campus, a 16.5 mile flat bike course on country roads north of Stevens Point, followed by a 2 mile run around Lake Joannis in beautiful Schmeeckle Reserve.
