Come enjoy the beautiful scenery of Clinton Lake with the Clinton Community YMCA's Sprint Triathlon! Make it a weekend getaway and camp at Clinton Lake SRA (Mascoutin) camp ground. Plenty of great outdoor recreation to enjoy before and after the race event!
Race Day Schedule:
• check in begins = 6:30am
• pre-race meeting = 7:45am
• Sprint Triathlon start time = 8:00am ***
• 5k Trail Run start time = 8:15am
Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon Course info:
• 400 yard swim beginning from the east end of the beach and following outside the bouys to the west end of the beach.
• 13 mile bike course that goes through Mascoutin Park, to the south edge of DeWitt and turn around behind the Clinton Power Station.
• Run a 3.1 mile trail run around Houseboat Cove.
