Beat the winter blues this winter and challenge yourself to something new and exciting in 2018! If you can walk/run, bike and swim (no matter the pace) you CAN DO THIS!!!! With staggered start times, 10 participants at a time, will begin with the swim 0.5 miles, quick wardrobe change in the locker rooms then head to the Cycle Studio to bike 12 miles, and last but not least head to the treadmills for a run 3.1 miles. Join us in Ames Hall for the after party and get your finishers shirt. Enjoy some light snacks and refreshments followed by announcement and awards for top male and female.
