Course Information:
The Swim - Athletes will swim in Raccoon River lake. The public beach will only be open to RipRoar athletes.
The Bike - Triathletes will bike on the Raccoon River roads. These roads are "pancake" flat.
The Run - The running course takes place on interior paves trails in Greenwood Park.
