SWIM - .25 mile swim in Syracuse Lake
BIKE - 13.49 miles - a few rolling hills early on and at the end, with a flat fast course in between.
RUN - 3.1 miles along the north shore of Syracuse Lake, a road that has a few gradual hills and one quick, steep ascent
