Description
This indoor triathlon will consist of 10 minutes swimming, 30 minutes biking, and 20 minutes running. Each competitor will be placed in heats of up to 10 people and assigned to a time they will start. All participants will receive an event shirt and prizes will be given to each male/female winner in each age group.
