_ 2018 Andrea Carey 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk:

This is the 3rd Annual Andrea Carey Memorial run/walk and the 3rd year that Pam Merkel, a close friend and colleague for Andrea’s, will be running the Boston Marathon in remembrance of Andrea. 100% of the event proceeds will be allocated to Pam’s Boston Marathon Fundraising initiative for The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Beneficiary: 100% of the net proceeds will be allocated to The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Course Information:
The run/walk will start on Lowell St. by the Fire Station and finish on Chestnut St. There will be 1 water stop available around the ½ way mark. Walkers, dogs, and strollers are welcomed.

Team Andrea: $50 (includes race shirt)
Swag: All participants will receive custom pint glasses and Live Your Dash stickers. Those participating on Team Andrea will also be given a t-shirt.
Awards: Top 3 M/F finishers. 1st M/F in each of the following age groups: 12-Under, 13-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Post Race Party: All participants are invited and encouraged to join the post-race party at Champions Pub for 1 FREE beer. This will be the location of the awards ceremony starting at 11:45am.
