Battle of the Athletes is an event to bring together athletes of different specialties! You can register as an endurance athlete or as a crossfit athlete( upon arrival you will select your team) and then it's a battle of wills and training who comes out on top!!
The event will consists of 1. 5 mile cycle (on spin bikes) 2. 50 toes to bar or 100 knees to chest 3. 50 Russian kettle bell swing (weight 53 M / 35 W*) 4. 1 mile treadmill run
Waves will begin every 15 minutes and there will be free protein shakes following the event!
*2 minute penalty if you desire to use less weight!
