Join us for the 8th Annual Broemmelsiek Challenge Mountain Bike Race at Broemmelsiek Park near Defiance. Sponsored by Momentum Cycles, this race starts up a paved climb and then flows on to a loop of fast hard packed single track through woodlands. Expect creek crossings and field sections. The children's race is a separate, shorter loop with a few challenges. Categories include Kids, Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3, Pro, Marathon and Junior. Cost is from $15-$30, depending on category, and is open to ages 2 and up. Kids category is FREE. Registration is requested. For more information, visit www.unitedindirt.com.
