Mandy Scafidi has been an active participant in the running and triathlon community for several years and is a member of the Swim, Bike, Run, Mimosa Triathlon Team. In November of 2017, Mandy got some news that changed her life forever, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Although it is news that will devastate most people, Mandy has gone into treatment just like she goes to the start line for a race – she was prepared.

Mandy will have expenses ahead of her that are unforeseen, and we are hoping to offset some of these for her. Please join us for a 5k run on Sunday, February 25th and of course, squeezing oranges and popping bottles after! (if under the age of 21 - just squeezing oranges!)

Event details and schedule

The 5K Run and Mimosas for Mandy run will begin on Sunday, February 25^th at 8:00 am on the Washington Street boardwalk in Bay St. Louis, MS.  This will be an out and back race along the beautiful Bay St. Louis beach. Register by February 23^rd to ensure a T- Shirt or register at the event T-shirts while supplies last.

Awards will be the top 3 finishers for the following age groups:

19U, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-65, 66+

$25 Entry until January 25

$30 From January 26 – February 23^rd Midnight

$35 Day of Registration

New Event!

This race will include the Inaugural "Mimosa Mile".  For $15, runners get a 4oz mimosa every 1/3 mile for 1 mile (no t-shirt included).  The first male and female fiishers receive a Swim, Bike, Run, Mimosa Triathlon Club prize and bragging rights!
