Here is a brand new Tri It Now event for you to compete in!
The Tri It Now Stroke & Stride is an AQUATHLON, where you swim and run to complete the race.
We're going to be in the beautiful pool at the Freedom Center (pool set up this way just for us1). And then the run starts on a paved park trail through the woods, finishing on the sidewalks and pathways of the surrounding campus.
350 meter swim & 3 mile run.
