Labs Indoor Triathlon is an excellent opportunity for all athletes who are looking to take their training to the next level. It a great way to test your off-season tri fitness.
Compete with a community of like-minded triathletes, bound together by the belief that victory is for all who chase it.

10 Minute Swim - Total Laps Completed for Distance
25 Minute CompuTrainer Ride - Distance Completed
15 Minute Outside Run - Laps Complete for Distance
Winners wil be calculated by distance completed
Prizes to the Top 3 Women & Men
Athletes must bring their own bike to the event

- 10 minute pool swim

- 30 minute Computrainer ride
- 5 minute transition
- 15 minute indoor
