_ 2018 Nat Greene's Revenge Triathlons & Duathlon:
This is the fourth year we have had triathlons at Lake Brandt Marina, and we are changing it up a bit more this year! At the Nat Greene’s revenge triathlon we will have three events. You can sign up for:
The Off Road Triathlon: A sprint triathlon swimming 800 meters, and then taking off on the mountain bike trails around Lake Brandt for 14 miles and finishing with a tough 5K running on the Nat Greene Trail.
The On Road Triathlon: A sprint triathlon swimming 800 meters, and then cycling 12.5 miles on the rolling hills outside of Lake Brandt Marina and finishing with 3.25 miles of road running in the adjoining neighborhood.
The Duathlon: We do not want to leave our duathletes out! This year we will have a duathlon which will start at the same time as the triathlon. Duathletes will run 2 miles, jump on their bikes for 12.5 road miles of cycling on the same bike course as our triathletes, and then they will run 3.25 miles on the road to finish the race!
