Register by April 15 - Individual - $15.00 / with optional t-shirt - $25.00 Team of 3 - $30.00 / with optional t-shirt - $50.00

Not all shirt sizes guaranteed with registrations received after April 15

Live Healthy Iowa participants receive a $5.00 discount.

Red Coach Inn (712-623-4864) will offer a 15% discounted rate for overnight stays.

Extreme Wheels of Council Bluffs will be on hand to assist with any bicycle issues.

Fresh fruit, water, and bagels will be provided at the finish line courtesy of Fareway, HyVee, and Mark Jacksons Downtown Hardware Hank.

Montgomery County Family YMCA is offering a $50.00 all inclusive facility pass for the month of April for those who wish to train for the event. Event Details:

Course Information:

Participants may participate in any or all of the events.

Swim 200 meters; bike 6.3 miles; walk/run 2 miles. (distances are approx.)

If you wish to participate as a team choose 1 member to swim, 1 member to bike, and 1 to walk/run. If you wish to participate with a friend please indicate on the registration form and we will try to group you as close together as possible.

Proceeds to benefit the Montgomery County Family YMCA Our Futures in Your Hands Endowment Fund and the Friends of the Red Oak Trails.
