2018 Wolfman Off Road Duathlon:
Join us on March 25, 2018 for the 30th anniversary Wolfman Duathlon.
This is a great race to start your multisport season. Run and bike on the Tour de Wolf trails in beautiful Shelby Farms in Memphis, Tennessee. Wonderful post race hamburgers, hot dogs and music.
Course Information:
Most of the run and bike course is on the single track Tour de Wolf trails that circle through Shelby Farms. There are some technical areas on the bike, but this race is great for beginners. The race starts with a 3 mile trail run, followed by a 6 mile mountain bike ride and finishing with an all-out 1 mile trail run to the finish line.
Directions:
Enter the Shelby Farms Dog Park from Raleigh Lagrange Road through Gate 11's large Shelby County arch.
