_ The 2018 Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon:
The Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon will celebrate its 41st anniversary in 2018. The annual running event spans over a two-day weekend including Saturday and Sunday, May 19 & 20, 2018. With a variety of distances to choose from, there is something for the whole family. Saturday, May 19 events include a 5k, 8k, Kids Run and new for 2018 - a 1 Mile run. Sunday, May 20 events include a Full Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k.
Challenge Series events offer 3 levels to choose from and include one event from each Saturday and Sunday; runners are required to run two consecutive days.
Finishers in the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, 8k, 5k and Kids Run receive a race shirt and finisher medal. Participants in the 1 mile receive a race shirt. Challenge Series participants also receive a third medal and a special gift. All events take place in downtown Cleveland where all participants can enjoy the city's amenities and famous landmarks.
