An Athlete Guide with additional information will be sent out race week.
Packet Pickup will be on Saturday times and location TBA.
Bike Drop-off will be Saturday from Noon to 6pm at Youngman Lake.
An optional race briefing at Youngman Lake will be scheduled on Saturday during bike drop off (time TBA). Participants unfamiliar with the course and also newer triathletes should attend.
Welcome to the 8th Annual Omaha Women’s Triathlon. Each year hundreds of women enjoy the calm waters of Youngman Lake before biking along a fantastic and challenging rolling bike course. Then, athletes put on their running shoes for an out-and-back course that will exit the park and run north on 192nd Street and a short section of the Old Lincoln Highway.

New in 2018! For for more competitive female triathlete, we had added a competitive First Wave! Please register for the competitive wave! The Top 10 Women in the competive wave will receive special competitor wave awards. If you place in the top 10, you will not be eligible for age group awards as well.
Sprint and Team Distance:
750 Meter swim, 20K bike, and a 5K run.
All athletes will swim a circular course in Youngman Lake. It will be an in-water start and will have wave assignments.
All athletes will ride the same out-and-back bike course with turn around points clearly marked.
This is one of a few Triathlons that has a CLOSED BIKE COURSE. Having a closed course will make riding the course more enjoyable!

No refund or transfers are given for any reason. Considerable effort goes into producing such an event and funds are expended early in the process to create this race. Thank you for understanding this policy.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Nebraska providing multi-sport events for Women, Adults and Kids. At Race Omaha we promote a healthy and active lifestyle for youth and adults one event at a time.
