At the core of Tri-Now KIDS camp is swim, bike & run specific skill work encompassed by a layer of activities designed to expose young athletes to all aspects of a healthy multisport lifestyle. The last day of each camp is a practice triathlon & party! Kids learn:
WHAT (to bring):
Sack lunch for the first three days (the 4th day of camp we’ll have a party!), swimsuit, goggles, towel, bike, helmet & running shoes. (cannot participate in camp without this gear). Water, fruit & energy drinks will be provided
WHO: Ages: 6-14
Kids must be able to swim 50 meters with limited stopping, be able to ride any type of bicycle and able to run/walk a half mile
