_ 2018 Reverse Indoor TRYathlon:
Sprint, Spin, Swim! Sunday, January 28, 2017 beginning at 7:30am.
This is the perfect starting point to try a triathlon! The race will consist of running for 20 minutes, biking for 30 minutes and swimming for 10 minutes. Events will take place inside the Goodson Recreation Center on the running track, spin bikes, and swimming pool. Distances will be recorded after each event during the 5 minute transitions.
This race is about completion, not competition. All athletics levels are welcome. The only prerequisite is that you must be able to swim unassisted in deep water.
Course Information:
Run - 20 Minutes on an Indoor Track
Bike - 30 Minutes on a Spin Bike
Swim - 10 Minutes in a Shallow Pool
5 Minute transitions between each event.
Other Info:
Waves begin at 7:30am.
Event is limited to 35 people!
