-) 2017 Turkey Trot 5K Fun Run:
This is fun, family-friendly event in lovely Troy, Missouri. Events include a Gobble Wobble for kids ages 3-8, a 5K run, and a 1.2 mile walk. We award trophies to 1st/2nd/3rd place Male and Female finishers. We have indoor restrooms and waiting area and a terrific post-race spread for all participants.
Course Information:
The city street course is composed of three "loops". The first loop is mostly flat through a residential neighborhood. Loop two has hills. Loop three is two long straight stretches of road - one gently downhill and the other gently uphill. You can see the finish line from 1/4 mile away.
Directions:
Highway 61 to Highway 47 (Troy)
West on 47 to Ellis (McDs, Burger King, Walmart, Main Street, Ellis)
South on Ellis to Bonfils Auditorium (in front of you at 3-way stop)
Park in Middle School lot on your left.
Other Info:
Family and friends are welcome. Canine friends (on leashes) are welcome.
