10min swim in the ONAT, 20min bike in Studio B, 15min run on the indoor track all in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center at the University of Akron (there will be a 10 min transition from swim to bike, and 5 min transition from bike to run). This is open to the public, you do not need to be a college student. The results will be based on how far you can go in the time given for each event, then weighted to give equal significance to all three events. Tentative waves will be sent out 6 days before the event, any changes made from there will be within the same hour requested in order to fit everyone in the waves. Enter through the ONAT doors where check-in, T-shirts and further directions for the race. We recommend you get here 45min before you start time to have plenty of time to check-in, see where the bike and run will be and start warm-up 10min before your start time for the swim.
