promptly at 6:50 AM (anyone not out of transition on time will be penalized)
Sprint Distance will begin approximately 15 minutes after Olympic Distance Waves.

3-deep awards. Each individual participant in the relay team must show up at registration together to receive goodie bags and race bibs etc. There will be a special corral set up for the relay teams to be stationed during the event. Every person on the relay team MUST have the right calf marked with the letter R.
