_ 2018 Sterling Park District Indoor Triathlon:
Get back into shape for the New Year with our annual indoor fitness triathlon! Individuals or teams of 4 will compete in 20 minutes of swimming, 20 minutes on a spin bike, and 20 minutes on a treadmill. Awards will be based on registration. Each participant will receive a t-shirt. Registration fee is $25 per individual or $80 per team of 4.
