_ The 2018 Sledge Trail Run :
The second annual “Sledge” trail run will take place on March 3 at Anglers Park in Danville, Virginia. The race will feature a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon on the Anglers Ridge Mountain Bike Trails. We'll need volunteers to work turns, water stops and intersections to make sure everyone stays on course. Volunteers are needed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., will receive a t-shirt and refreshments will also be provided.
Prizes will be awarded in age and gender categories in each race. Overall winners are eligible for additional age group awards. Food and refreshments available after the race and live music will be provided.
