Join us at Boulder's Third 5K Run/Walk. 
5K Carrera / Caminata AMISTAD "Wellness Movement" 
Run, jog or walk to a healthier lifestyle in our AMISTAD 5K 
Join us at our 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run. The 5K Carrera / Caminata, Community Expo and Kids ½ mile Fun Run will be held on Saturday September 9th, 2017 at 9 am. The event is open to everyone, runners and walkers. 
Our Goal is to increase healthy living behaviors in our community and move towards Well being. Bring your friends, Family and invite those who are in need of a little motivation to get moving. 
El Centro AMISTAD is a community-based non-profit organization with the mission To integrate and transform the Boulder County community through opportunities and programs for Latinos that promote education, health, and quality of life. AMISTAD was formed in 2001 in Boulder, CO.

La Carrera / Caminata de 5k, Expo de salud, carrera divertida para Ninos de 1/2 milla se realizara el Sábado 9 de Septiembre a las 9:00 am. Este evento esta abierto para toda la familia.  
Nuestra Meta: Mejorar la salud y el estilo de vida en nuestra comunidad.
